Table 1 lists the diagnostic trouble codes that apply to the engines that are covered in this manual. Use the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) in order to determine the codes that are active or logged. Then refer to the appropriate troubleshooting procedure for more information.

Establish communication with both data links in order to view the J1939 equivalent of the 154-14 code.

FMI 00 — Данные достоверны, но превышают нормальный рабочий диапазон изменения параметра

Для каждой электронной системы управления установлен верхний предел ожидаемого рабочего диапазона изменения величины сигнала. Верхний предел устанавливается исходя из ожидаемого максимального значения параметров (например, температура гидротрансформатора). Датчик, продолжающий функционировать, но вырабатывающий сигнал, значение которого выше ожидаемого верхнего предела, вызовет регистрацию кода FMI 00.

Пример — Нормальный коэффициент заполнения сигнала датчика с широтно-импульсной модуляцией (величина, пропорциональная ширине импульсов) не должен превышать 80%. Если датчик вырабатывает сигнал с коэффициентом заполнения 81%, это означает, что он продолжает функционировать, но величина сигнала превышает установленный верхний предел ее диапазона.

FMI 01 — Данные достоверны, но ниже нормального рабочего диапазона изменения параметра

Для каждой электронной системы управления установлен нижний предел ожидаемого рабочего диапазона изменения величины сигнала. Нижний предел устанавливается исходя из ожидаемого минимального значения параметров (например, давление масла в двигателе). Датчик, продолжающий функционировать, но вырабатывающий сигнал, значение которого ниже ожидаемого нижнего предела, вызовет регистрацию кода FMI 01.

Пример — Минимальный коэффициент заполнения сигнала большинства датчиков с широтно-импульсной модуляцией не ниже 5%. Если датчик вырабатывает сигнал с коэффициентом заполнения 3%, это означает, что он продолжает функционировать, но величина сигнала ниже установленного нижнего предела ее диапазона.

FMI 02 — Данные беспорядочны, прерывисты или неправильны

Появление кода FMI 02 происходит при наличии сигнала от соответствующего компонента. Затем информационные данные сигнала могут измениться следующим образом.

• Данные исчезают.

• Данные становятся неустойчивыми.

• Данные становятся неверными.

Значения данных в отдельные промежутки времени могут быть верными, а в другие нет. Появление данного кода может быть связано также с некорректным обменом информацией между электронными блоками. Например, в случае, когда система VIMS запрашивает данные о частоте вращения двигателя из блока управления двигателем через канал передачи данных фирмы Caterpillar.

FMI 03 — Напряжение выше нормы или короткое замыкание на цепь с более высоким напряжением

Код FMI 03 появляется в случаях, когда значения напряжений, замеряемых в той или иной системе или элементе, становятся высокими. Причина появления кода FMI 03 связана часто с сигнальными цепями.

Причиной появления кода FMI 03 могут стать следующие элементы системы.

• Датчик

• Жгут электропроводки

• Соответствующие электронные блоки управления

Возможной причиной появления кода FMI 03 могут стать следующие обстоятельства.

• Датчик вырабатывает сигнал переменного тока (за рабочий цикл), и сигнал зависает на максимальном значении.

• Сигнальный провод в жгуте закорочен на цепь электропитания датчика или на цепь под напряжением, превышающим напряжение источника электропитания.

• Разрыв в сигнальном проводе между датчиком и электронным блоком управления. На входных цепях электронных средств контроля и управления обычно поддерживается положительное напряжения. Например, при отсоединенном датчике напряжение во входной цепи блока управления будет равно 5 В постоянного тока.

• В электронном блоке управления имеется внутреннее короткое замыкание контакта сигнальной цепи датчика в соединителе с положительной цепью источника питания. Кроме того, неисправный блок электронного управления может неправильно воспринимать нормально функционирующую цепь сигнала датчика.

FMI 04 — Напряжение ниже нормы или короткое замыкание на цепь с более низким напряжением

Код FMI 04 схож с кодом FMI 03. Однако код FMI 04 указывает на то, что значения напряжений ниже допустимых. Появление кода FMI 04 наиболее часто связано с неисправностью сигнальных цепей. Код FMI 04 подобен коду FMI 06 и иногда используется вместо него.

Причиной появления кода FMI 04 могут стать следующие элементы системы.

• Датчик

• Жгут электропроводки

• Соответствующие электронные блоки управления

Возможной причиной появления кода FMI 04 могут стать следующие обстоятельства.

• Зависание сигнала датчика на малом уровне или уровне, близком потенциалу массы.

• Короткое замыкание сигнального провода в жгуте на массу.

• В электронном блоке управления имеется короткое замыкание сигнального контакта соединителя на массу.

FMI 05 — Сила тока ниже нормы или цепь разомкнута

Код FMI 05 появляется в случаях, когда электронный блок управления определяет, что значения силы тока низкие.

Наиболее вероятной причиной появления кода FMI 05 являются разрывы цепей или плохой контакт в соединителях жгутов.

FMI 06 — Сила тока выше нормы или цепь замкнута на массу

Код FMI 06 схож с кодом FMI 05. Однако код FMI 06 указывает на то, что значения силы тока выше допустимых. Появление кода FMI 06 наиболее часто связано с неисправностью выходных цепей в блоках электронного управления.

Пример — Код FMI 06 появляется при замыкании цепи на массу.

Причины появления кодов FMI 06 и FMI 04 очень похожи, и код FMI 06 иногда используется вместо кода FMI 04.

FMI 07 — Неадекватная реакция механической системы

Код FMI 07 появляется в тех случаях, когда блок электронного управления посылает электрическую команду в механическую систему, а результат не укладывается в пределы заданного диапазона значений.

Пример — Код FMI 07 появляется при медленном переключении коробки передач по команде электронного блока управления (EPTC II) из-за замедленной работы электромагнита.

FMI 08 — Аномальные частота, ширина импульса или период

Код FMI 08 появляется, когда частота или ширина импульса сигнала оказываются за пределами установленного диапазона.

Примечание: Период — время в секундах для одного цикла изменения сигнала на определенной частоте. Период определяется как величина, обратная частоте, в Гц (1/частота, Гц).

FMI 09 — Анормальный обмен данными

Появление кода FMI 09 зависит от исправности линии связи между электронными средствами на канале передачи данных. Код FMI 09 возникает, если электронный блок не в состоянии получить информацию от другого электронного блока и ожидает получения информации.

FMI 10 — Аномальная скорость изменения

Появление кода FMI 10 связано с большей или меньшей по сравнению с ожидаемой скоростью изменения сигнала.

Пример — Данный код вырабатывается, если сигнал от датчика частоты вращения выходного вала коробки передач на самосвале указывает, что самосвал ускоряется быстрее, чем это может происходить при его эксплуатации в реальных условиях.

FMI 11 — Тип неисправности не определен

Код FMI 11 появляется в том случае, когда электронный блок регистрирует больше одного кода FMI для одной неисправности.

FMI 12 — Неисправное устройство или компонент

Код FMI 12 указывает на следующее состояние: электронный блок управления посылает сигнал другому электронному блоку по каналу передачи данных. Электронный блок ожидает ответа, но или не получает никакого ответа, или получает неправильный ответ.

Код FMI 12 может указывать также на следующее состояние:

Электронный блок, как ожидается, должен периодически посылать данные, но не посылает.

Появление кода FMI 12 может быть также связано с неисправностью канала передачи данных.

FMI 13 — Параметр за пределами калибровки

При данном состоянии механической части параметры электрического сигнала выходят за пределы, установленные электронным блоком управления.
